I started to build a private counselling practice in Bristol.
I continued to work for Off the Record in their City of Bristol Outreach project and continued to build my own private counselling practice expanding my work to South Devon. I designed and and gave continuing professional development (CPD) workshops for veterinary staff combining both my experience of working within the veterinary industry for 12 years and my professional counselling training. I start working with Advent and supporting staff who work in education.
I closed my private practice in Bristol in January and continue to work privately as a counselling therapist in South Devon with offices in Exeter, Totnes and Kingsbridge. Alongside my private practice I worked as a Counselling Coordinator and supervisor for Young Devon in their new Plymouth schools commission.
I continue to work in private practice, predominately in Exeter and Totnes. I have started to study for a level 6 Diploma in Clinical Supervision.
I now offer Counselling and Clinical Supervision in Totnes as well as Online. The pandemic has challenged the ways we offer therapy. Therapy became a huge source of support for people during the pandemic. I will continue to offer face to face, indoors, outdoors and online. I work as a clinical supervisor for ‘A space to talk’ project in KEVICS school in Totnes. This is such a great service to be part of- counselling for the students provided by volunteer counsellors.
