Having a good quality sleep is good for our mental health and our ability to feel resilient in the stresses and strains of life. There are many ‘Sleep Hygiene’ strategies that are on offer about ways of helping you to prepare your body for sleep. I found this mindfulness technique this week and thought id share it with you all. It wont solve the reasons why you may have trouble sleeping but it helps to prepare your mind and body for sleep. I tried it and think I got to number 700!
