I am very excited to announce that I am now trained to teach the ‘.b ‘ curriculum in secondary schools. This is a 9 week course in mindfulness which is fun and very interactive and comes from the ‘Mindfulness in Schools Project’. It is based on extensive research and written by teachers who have their own mindfulness practice. The aim is to help young people develop skills for life for living in the moment. It has the possibilities of helping them with anxiety, sleep, relationships, bullying, stress, self- confidence, kindness,gratitude, exams, food and body image.
